Initial kaolin (china clay) – is a mineral wealth, which can be used as raw material in paper, chemical, refractories, rubber-processing, fragrance and cosmetic industry; it can be used to produce fine ceramics, fire-bricks, paints, pencils and many other things.

Quality of kaolin, mined at "Belaya Balka" deposit, is one of the finest in Ukraine.

According to expert appraisal, the quality of our kaolin, mostly satisfy demands of paper industry (whiteness of raw kaolin is 75-90%).

Now we mine the following sorts of kaolin:

- for paper industry - First, Second, Third and Fourth sorts;

- for ceramic industry - Extra, First, Second and Third sorts.

For ceramic industry our kaolin contains limited amount of  Fe and Ti (average weight percentage are 0,40% and 0,80%, accordingly).
